To All
Well, here it is, the last day of the old year and it was a good year for the Troop.  Eight  Scouts achieved the rank of Eagle Scout.  We graduated ten of our senior scouts, We added sixteen new and transfer in scouts. The Troop earned the Journey to Excellence Gold Award. Sixteen Scouts and four leaders attended Camp Olmsted Summer Camp in July and two crews attended the Northern Tier High Adventure program in Minnesota this past summer.

Look for changes that are in progress for all of Scouting this coming year as girls will be admitted to the Scouting program.  They will form their own Troops with separate leadership while potentially operating under the same sponsoring organizations.
Saint John the Baptist may have its own Troop for girls soon.

The outside world hasn't fared as well as the Troop, wouldn't it be nice if everyone were able to follow and live by the guidance of the Scout Oath and Law.
