To All
A Scout Troop functions with the direct help of registered Leaders for all activities and the occasional help of the Parents, primarily by supplying transportation for the Scouts to and from Camping events.  We could not function without this help.
 
The Troop Policy is, If you bring your son to the pickup point to be transported to the event and there is no available ride for him,
and you cannot drive him yourself and take others,
then he cannot go, others then cannot go and the event may be cancelled.
You can't just drop off your son and drive away, be prepared to assist with the driving.
We ask you to wait until the Ride situation is resolved.

Directions to Camp Boonsboro
Take Rt 270 North toward Frederick,
Merge unto RT 70 West
Get off Rt 70 at RT ALT 40
Take Alt RT 40 West over Braddock Mtn, thru Middletown and over South Mountain and down into Boonsboro.
Turn LEFT onto RT 39 South.  (Center of Town).
Continue on Rt 39 until Wheeler Rd on the right.
Turn right on Wheeler Rd
Proceed to Girl Scout Road (On left)
Turn Left, Follow road to the Stop Sign
Turn right just before the Stop sign onto the gravel road
Proceed to the camp gate.
It should be open.
