To All:
The time has flown by swiftly and its already the Christmas Season.  It's time for our annual Christmas/Holiday Party and celebration.  Please see the attached flyer and sign up. 
We will be conducting our annual decorating of the Troop Tree where each Scout and Leader will bring a special ornament, (special to them), and place it on the tree, and tell a story as to why it is special. 
We will also have a "Yankee" gift swap where each participant will bring a wrapped gift, valued around $5 and participate in a selection game,  and not in the least, we get to partake of the various delicious foods brought in by the families.

We will NOT have a Troop meeting between the Holidays.  Patrols should consider using this time to refurbish their sleds and equipment for the upcoming Klondike Derby, January 24 - 26.
  
Our first Meeting of the year 2020 will be on Monday, January 6th at 7 PM in the Lyon Center where we will be holding Scoutmaster Conferences and Boards of Review
 
Our second Meeting, Monday January 13th, will be the Fall Court of Honor Where we will recognize the achievements of our Scouts during the Fall of 2019.  Scoutmaster Conferences and Boards of Review will be available for those scouts seeking to receive rank advancement recognition at the meeting of Jan 6th.  Please let me know if you wish to schedule a SMC or BOR.  
 
The annual Klondike Derby will take place  on January 24th, 25th and 26th.  Patrols should be preparing now for the event. Event package sent out on separate e-mail.
