To All.
Hope all are well and staying home as this thing progresses.   There are more and move activities we can do online to keep Scouting active.  This past Friday I conducted a Scoutmaster conference and this evening we will be conducting a Life Scout Board of Review.  We are anticipating providing on line sessions on specific scout skills ove the next 4 weeks.

Troop e-Meeting
The Troop will hold its first e-Meeting on Monday April 3th, from 7 to 8 PM. we will be using the Zoom Platform and for scouts, leaders and parents to participate, they will need to have a computer available.  Instructions for  preparations to and signing on will be sent out this week.

Rank Advancement Program
I have only received 9 responses from the Scouts for the requirements they need to proceed with rank advancement.

PATROL LEADERS  -     Contact each member of your Patrol this week and remind them to read their e-mails and submit the forms.  This counts as performing your responsibilities as PL.

Establishing a Text Network in the Troop.
We are creating a general broadcast text process to send out notices to all troop members.

Date: 6/3/2019 9:41 AM (GMT-05:00) For your Attention JJW     Hello everyone, This is Ezana Mekuanent . On June 8th I will be having my Eagle Scout project for Habitat for Humanity ReStore . It will be located at 12006 Plum Orchard Dr, Silver Spring, MD 20904. At the moment this project is planned to only need one day's worth of work however if that changes another date will added (will be addressed in the future). The project consist of us constructing selfing unit inside of the ReStore center that will be used to display carpets. Due to the fact that we will be using drilling tools I will be needing the older scouts. `for those who plan to come please bring working gloves. We will be providing water and food.
