Fwd: Troop Committee Meeting, Sept 15



To all,

The first troop committee meeting of the year is scheduled for Sunday, Sept 15, at 6:45PM until 8PM, in the Lyon Center.  Those that have signed up as part of the core committee are requested to attend.  Each person that is in the process of planning an event during the fall season are requested to attend.  Anyone else that is thinking of joining the troop committee, or who may be interested what is discussed at the committee meeting, are invited to attend.


Agenda items include:

1.  discussion on the proposal to reimburse registered adults cost of providing finger prints.

2.  discussion on fund raisers we wish to conduct this year

3.  discussion on the proposed budget, including establishing dues for scouts

4.  SM items


Status of sign ups for the troop committee and event planners are shown on the attached.
