RECHARTERING.
The troop is in the process of rechartering for next year and dues for the year are due Now. Dues for the coming year are $120 per scout and $36 per registered leader. Please bring your payment to the troop meeting tonight.

BOONSBORO CAMPOUT Friday 11/15/19 thru Sunday 11/17/19
Permission Slip attached.
The Troop will be conducting a two night overnight campout at Camp Boondboro 11/15 thru 11/17.
It will be COLD weather camping. Scouts will need extra layers, gloves, boots and a warm sleeping bag and pad.
The fee for the campout is $5.00 per person.
Meals (4) @ $3.50 a meal ($14.00), payable to the Patrol leader, Please bring the money to the Troop meeting tonight.
Drivers will be needed bot to and from the Campground. Please indicate on the Permission Slip (attached), whether you will drive to, from or both ways on the slip.
We will be concentrating on Rank Advancement. There will be fishing available.
If anyone is in need of a Winter Sleeping bag please let me know.

PATROL LEADERSHIP COUNCIL MEETING, TUESDAY, 7 PM, LYON CENTER.
Planning meeting for the Campout, December campout and Patrol organizational activities. The Pack will be meeting in the big room. Den chiefs will be needed by the Pack and should plan to attend the Pack meeting.

High Adventure This Summer.
The Troop is planning A high Adventure Week at The Lenhoksin Trail at Goshen Scout Camps, it is a week of backpacking in the Virginia Mountains. Please let me know if you are interested ASAP. We are looking at the weeks of June 28th or July 12th with regular Camp Olmsted sandwiched in between in the week of July 5th for the Scouts to do both the Trail and Camp Olmsted. Scouts need to be at least 13 and a half and First Class or above to participate. For more information about the program go to https://www.gotogoshen.org/camps-programs/lenhoksin-high-adventure/. Early Bird fees are $385 per Scout and $225 per leader.
Regular Summer Camp - Camp Olmsted, Goshen Scout Camps, July 5th thru 11th.
The Troop will be attending Camp Olmsted this Summer. It is open to all Scouts, especially the first year scouts. Scouts live in two man platform tents and have a wide variety of activities to choose from. Please let me know if you plan to send your Scout to Camp Olmsted.
MEDICAL FORMS.
BSA requires that each Scout have a current standard Medical Form on file with the Troop. These forms accompany the Troop on all events and provide necessary background if the Scout should need Medical assistance. If you have not yet filled out and submitted the forms (Forms A,B,B), they are available to download from the Troop Website, www.troop1441.com or the national site, WWW.ncacbsa.org.
